The Annual Meeting of Cinderford Town Council will be held at The Council Chamber, Cinderford, on Tuesday 9th May 2017, commencing at 7 p.m. The business will be as listed below.

  1. To receive apologies for absence.
  2. Election of Chairman.
  3. Election of Mayor.
  4. Election of Deputy Chairman/Mayor.
  5. Declarations of Interest – to receive any declarations of interest in any matter to be discussed at the meeting. Members and Officers are requested to identify the nature of the interest.
  6. Public Participation Session – To provide the opportunity for Members of the Public to raise questions or comment on items on the Agenda. This session is limited to 15 minutes, with a maximum of 3 minutes per person.
  7. To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting held on Tuesday, 11th April 2017 (copies herewith).
  8. To confirm the Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on Tuesday, 11th April 2017 (copies herewith).
  9. Appt. of Committees/W.Groups for 2017/18 – Belle Vue Centre/Finance, Events and Playing Fields, Traders W/G, Town Pride W/G, Dementia W/G, Boar W/G.
  10. Confirm Town Council Reps. on other organisations – CANDI, CAB, Community Safety Partnership, EDI, FoD Health Forum, Forest Enterprise, Local Area Action Group (LAG), Market Towns Forum (County).
  11. Music Festival – Road closure order and Public Liability for the event, Sunday 27th August 2017.
  12. Local Government Boundary Commission – Electoral Review of FoD Warding Arrangement
  13. GCC – Woodside Street Car Park
  14. GCC – Ownership of portable speed indication device (SID)
